Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). In practice, we aim to process your order within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is usually Monday. If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified via phone or email.
We are obliged by law to state that you must allow 20 days for delivery. Please consider this before ordering allowing plenty of time. If you do have any special delivery requests you must contact us and one of our members of staff will be happy to help.
